Thank you for choosing Silver Star Line Marking! We are committed to providing reliable and professional line marking services. Please review our Terms and Conditions, which outline the responsibilities and expectations for both parties.
1. Limitation of Liability
Silver Star Line Marking is committed to high-quality service; however, we are not liable for:
- Damages or losses due to unforeseen factors beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage.
- Non-compliance with local regulations or changes in regulations occurring after the completion of our services.
2. Scope of Work
Our services are tailored to the information and requirements provided by each client. Please note that any site-specific conditions or deviations from standard regulations may affect the final outcome.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information to help us meet project expectations.
- Prepare the site as per our recommendations.
- Ensure that vehicles or other obstructions are removed from the work area before our scheduled start. A $50 fee may apply if a return visit is required due to access limitations.
Any extra work required due to incomplete or inaccurate site preparation may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
- Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Late Payments: A 3% monthly fee applies to late payments. If payment remains outstanding for over three months, the invoice may be sent to collections, with clients responsible for any associated fees.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, cheques, e-transfers, credit cards, and online payments.
- Deposits for Large Projects: For projects exceeding $2,000, a 50% deposit or a signed contract may be required to secure the booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
For client-initiated cancellations after signing the contract, a restocking fee equal to 20% of the estimate total will be applied.
6. Weather Policy
Our services depend on optimal weather conditions to ensure the best quality results:
- Temperature Requirements: Line painting is not recommended at temperatures below 4.5°C, in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Rescheduling: We may reschedule projects if rain is forecasted within 24 hours before or after the project start time or if wind speeds exceed 15 km/h.
7. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any concerns professionally and fairly. Should initial resolution efforts not be successful, a neutral mediator or arbitrator may be engaged to reach a satisfactory outcome.
8. Changes to Terms
Silver Star Line Marking reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
